Studying at the University of Applied Sciences Stuttgart - a university that unites all expertises of building in one location.
In the past years the field of studies has grown steadily; today there are eight programmes in our field of study.

In all programmes we impart advanced design-related, technical, and organisational knowledge.
Studying in the Heart of Stuttgart - at the University
of Applied Sciences.
A university with a good reputation throughout the nation.
The professors have many years of experience practising in renowned architecture and planning offices and/or in companies in the area of building and design. Often, they are active parts of such a company alongside the professorship.
Students profit from the direct experience and knowledge from the daily practise, which flows into the teachings.
Optimal study conditions
The University of Applied Sciences Stuttgart creates optimal study conditions by making rooms and equipment available. Our students have the possibility to work on their projects directly on campus in student workrooms. Here they and their fellow students can work on their projects and semester assignments after lectures, exchanging with and supporting one another. This way they learn teamwork early on and the beneficial effects of synergy become tangible.
In our new building across from the Liederhalle our students will find modern and well-equipped computer rooms, a photo studio, along with a large woodworking and modelling workshop. These facilities help our students to realise their ideas. Our in-house plotting service prints plans at cost price.
Small classes - Personal support
Each class is made up of a relatively small number of students; many assignments and projects are also worked on in small groups. Because of this, personal support is available from our professors and guest lecturers in our field of studies and in the neighbouring fields of study: Building Physics, Civil Engineering, and Geomatics.
A team of colleagues is always available with advice and answers to organisational questions. Student counseling aids the students to plan and execute their courses successfully.
Studying and working in the city of
Our students have the opportunity to gain their first work experience in one of the many architecture and planning offices in and around Stuttgart. Gather foreign experience
The partnership with over 70 universities worldwide offers students the opportunity to gain subject-related and cultural experience by taking part in a semester abroad.
